Whole School Yearbook- Grade Level Reps
The HSA is looking for at least one representative from each grade level to brainstorm content for the yearbook and help collect images from various events and activities throughout the year to showcase Merion Elementary life.
Grade reps can designate photographers for each class or come up with a system for gathering pictures from parents. Check in with grade teachers and homeroom parents every month for pictures. Make spreads as events happen. Use captions to identify students and describe activities. Grade level reps will work with the Yearbook Committee Chair to produce the yearbook.
Time Commitment: Ongoing throughout the year
