Teacher Appreciation Week (5/5-5/9)
Teacher Appreciation Week is next week and the HSA has goodies planned for each day to make the Merion teachers and staff feel special. We want them to feel the love from families and students too! Please encourage your child to email a thank you note to their teacher, or take a photo of a note/drawing your child has made, and send it to their teacher. Don't forget your child's "specials" teachers, aides, and the office staff!
Merion Plant Sale
Thank you for supporting the Merion HSA with our plant sale fundraiser! If you placed an order, this is a reminder that order pick-ups are scheduled for Thursday, May 6th (between 10 am – 7 pm) in front of the school. If you are unavailable, please make arrangements for a friend/family member to pick-up your order. We will not be able to store orders that are not picked up by 7 pm on the 6th.
This is a presale only. No plants are available for sale on pick-up day.
Also, pick-ups cannot interfere with carline in any way. Please do not leave your car while in carline to pick-up your plants.
Volunteers: Help is needed on pick-up day to help sort and distribute orders. If you are available on the 6th and would like to help, please sign-up for an available slot: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080b4aa9ab22aafc1-merion4

Go for the Greens 2021
Go for the Greens is an annual spring event that promotes green vegetables as a part of a fun, healthy diet for kids. The LMSD Nutrition Committee typically celebrates this event with taste- testings and other fun activities to open young minds and taste buds to the greatness of greens. Due to COVID restrictions, we are unable to enjoy this event in the same way, but we have some ideas and resources to help you at home. (See flyer)
