On Thursday, October 30th, the Nutrition Committee of the LMSD Wellness Council will participate in Apple Crunch, a statewide celebration of healthy snacks.
To celebrate Apple crunch, fresh, whole, locally grown apples will be distributed to our students on Thursday, October 30th. Studies show that it is important to have at least five serving of fruit and vegetables every day.
