ISC APRIL HOT TOPIC: Continuing the Conversation: Sleep and the Teenage Brain April 14, 9:30 am, District Administration Offices, Room 264
Last August, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended that middle and high schools delay the start of class until 8:30 am or later, stating that "chronic sleep loss in children and adolescents is one of the most common - and easily fixable - public health issues in the U.S. today." Please join the next ISC meeting for a roundtable discussion on sleep and school start times.
We want to hear from you!
