Thursday envelopes - Every Thursday, your child will bring home an envelope containing various school handouts. Starting next week, only your oldest child at Merion will receive copies of all handouts; younger siblings will receive class and grade appropriate papers only. New this year, to further reduce the amount of paper sent home, you may elect to receive these handouts by email only; to do so, check the box on your dues and directory form. We do reuse the actual envelopes every week, so after you empty the contents, please send the envelope back to school with your child.
Forms in this week's envelope - We know that you've received a lot of handouts over the past week or so. To help you out, here's a list of forms that you've gotten and should turn in to school:

New Parent Coffee - Are you new to Merion? We'd love to meet you. Join us for coffee Friday morning at 9:15 in the cafeteria.
Emergency Contact Forms - Please review carefully to ensure that your information is correctly listed on your child's emergency contact form, and return it promptly to school. We use this contact information for multiple purposes, including our school directory and email list. Please consider that the form might list your old email address or cell phone number that changed from last year.
The directory is coming - If you would like special information not listed on your child's emergency contact form to be included in the directory, i.e your child's nickname or a second phone number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
