Annual Fall Picnic Tuesday, September 20th, 2022 5-7PM
Join your fellow Merion families for our annual Fall picnic on Tuesday, September 20th from 5-7pm to celebrate the start of a new school year.
The event will primarily be a BYO dinner with the option to pre-order from Toni Roni's HERE using membership toolkit. For help using the membership toolkit, click HERE. Item cost will include tip and orders must be placed by SUNDAY, 9/18. Dinners can be picked up between 5:00-6:30 at the designated table at the picnic. Water, soda, and lemonade will be available for sale (cash only) in recyclable cups or Merion water bottles at the drink table.
We will have a DJ, as well as baked goods to benefit the 4th Grade graduation activities, rocks to paint to add to the rock garden donated by last year's graduating class, and Merion Merchandise/Water Bottles for sale. Please bring cash to purchase these items.
In the event of inclement weather, dinners, drinks, baked goods, and Merion merchandise can be picked up at the school from 5:00-6:30pm on the day of the picnic.
This is a community building event as well as an HSA fundraiser helping to support programs for our students and wonderful events like this. Thanks for helping to support our school!
