Community Service
Community Service (1 person)
The community service program’s mission is to extend Merion’s reach into the community, teach good stewardship to children, and provide another opportunity for community among Merion families through service projects. This committee organizes several events and charitable drives throughout the year. Once the outreach projects are approved by the HSA board, the committee can establish their own parameters for community service drives, though the emphasis should be on donations of goods or time, but not fund drives. There is no budget for community service. Timing: Ongoing throughout the school year |
